As a member of the Slow Food Association of Victoria, we take time to prepare all of our products the old fashion way - so you don't have to!

Only whole ingredients are used - no stabilizers, preservatives or GM products come near our food.

We source the majority of our raw materials from Gippsland, supporting local growers and keeping money in the local community.

Try some hand made Gnocchi, fresh pasta or one of our famous pizza bases - hand made to an old family recipe.

See us at the Farmers Market in Bairnsdale on the first Saturday or at Metung on the Village Green the following Saturday.

If heading to or from Melbourne and feel like some great food, drop in to our Morwell store in George Street and pick some up and travel packs are available.
